Is The Basement ADA accessible?

Yes. The Basement is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can ensure your visit is comfortable.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available around the Woolworth’s Building at 19th and K Streets in Downtown Bakersfield. Additional public parking options are located within a short walk of the venue.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchase booking protection through Prekindle at checkout. With booking protection, conditional refunds are available for qualifying circumstances. Learn more at refundable.me.

Can I bring a bag inside?

Small clutches under 5" x 10" x 2" are permitted. Parental bags under 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed at the discretion of our team.‍

Larger bags, backpacks, totes, fanny packs, and camera bags can be checked for a fee at designated areas in The Basement. All bags are subject to security inspection.

Do you have a VIP section?

VIP offerings vary by event. Some shows feature Sidestage VIP tables, VIP bar access, and advance purchase food and drink packages. Check individual event pages for details.

Do you serve food?

Food and beverage offerings vary by event and ticket type.

  • Sidestage VIP Tables: Luncheonette menu service may be available at your table
  • VIP Access: Select food and beverage packages may be available for advance purchase, depending on the event
  • General Admission & Seated Tickets: Beverages and limited snacks available from The Basement bar

The Woolworth’s Luncheonette is located upstairs on the ground floor, with additional dining options nearby in Downtown Bakersfield.

What are the venue specs?
